The company was incorporated on the 17 January 2003 and incorporated the business of Flexi Bookkeeping and Business Services which commenced in the early 1990 and All Jays Computers. The proprietors of both these businesses felt that they could better serve their customers by working together and offering flexible solutions for small to medium businesses.
